Hui Min's 40th Birthday!

Last week was Hui Min's 40th birthday, we threw a surprise party with food, cake and gifts!

Throughout the food we had music from Hui Min's favourite, the Spice Girls!!

A two-tone milk and white chocolate cake!

Lastly, we even had some old photos of Hui Min up in the office, allowing her to reflect on her colourful career so far as she continues her work here at Pacific West.
