Retirement Celebrations!

It’s been a bittersweet day as we say goodbye to our amazing MD Eric.

Back in 2010, Eric Rose arrived in the UK, bringing with him a passion for seafood, together with creative ideas to change how the UK could source value added products. Eric launched Pacific West UK, with a vision to be the ’go to’ business for all value-added fish and seafood, while building brand awareness and the reputation for outstanding products that we are known for today. Over the years he has built a solid team with exceptional knowledge to ensure Pacific West remains a preferred supplier within UK hospitality. Along the journey, Eric has helped to create award winning products that can be found on menus far and wide. Now Eric continues the next stage of his journey, into retirement and on to a warmer climate. Anyone who knows Eric, will know that although he probably won’t miss the UK weather, but he will be missed by the Pacific West UK team! We all send our best wishes to Eric and thank him for his dedication, leadership and vision.
